The Open Road Practice Young Adult Retreat is a profound opportunity to explore practices of meditation and connect deeply with ourselves, others and nature. There will be periods of sitting and walking meditation both inside and outside, healthy food, wisdom talks by the instructors, deep relaxation and small group discussions that will allow reflection on your experience and heartfelt expressions of love. This retreat is suitable for new and experienced practitioners.
