Location: Northern Virginia (required for first 6 months)
Salary: Depends on level of experience.
Vested Stock options available 
Eligibility: If in US, must be eligible to work in the US
Hours: 1 Full-Time (40 hours) Some flexible hours will be offered depending on certain conditions.

Essential Functions
Analyze feature requests and bug tickets to design PHP and Javascript solutions
Track changes and status using ticketing system
Diligent and proper source code control using git
UI design enhancements
Recommend and refactor object classes
Practice solid OOD principles
Understand product requirements and success criteria
Troubleshooting and testing
Deliver quality, readable code
Constant awareness of performance bottlenecks and best practices
Recommend development tools and additional design patterns
Communicate often and offer ideas and feedback

Skills and Technology
PHP, Laravel
Javascript, JQuery
HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
MVC and other design patterns
Git
Vagrant
Datatables, JQuery plugins
MySQL
AWS

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
4+ years PHP and Javascript development 
2+ years experience with database development
1+ years experience using a PHP framework such as Laravel, CodeIgnitor, Symphony, Yii, etc.
Solid understanding of object oriented principles
1+ years using git
1+ years developing using an MVC pattern
Unit and integration testing is a plus
