I am doing a 6-week retreat at IMS from September 13th through October 24th and am looking for somone to sublet my one-bedroom apartment in Glover Park. Here's a quick summary:
- pretty one-bedroom apartment on tree-lined street (top half of a townhouse)
- comes fully furnished
- all utilities included (including central air and heat + wifi)
- off-street parking space included
- w/d
- bus stop directly across the street (D1 and D2 buses)
- beautiful parks nearby (easy access to running/biking trails)
- Safeway, Whole Foods, neighborhood restaurants and Sat farmer's market all within easy walking distance
- right by georgetown
Rent would be $2,500 for the 6-week period, or we can discuss prorated options for shorter stays. Email me if you are interested and I can send photos/set up a time for you to see it.
