[dcphp-dev] [job]: php hacker / co-founder wanted (DC Metro Area)

Start-up with spec sheet, wireframes, and positive feedback from
heavily vetted market, interested in speaking to hackers with social
networking development experience (PHP/MySQL/CSS/HTML5/LAMP/APIs).
Site will have a networking platform serve as the base code with
required customization to meet unique needs. If you have worked with
networking platforms, or have developed one yourself, this would be an
excellent opportunity for you to build out on an existing platform to
scale. We need someone to customize the platform, and develop and
integrate several desired features and applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented team in an exciting
and lucrative niche market. (It's not Facebook for Senior Citizens or
the dozens of similarly awful ideas you've heard before.) Round of
financing planned with several potential interested investors.

Willing to discuss cash/equity combination, but preference for equity
ownership initially.
