Tonight we welcome back meditation teacher, author, and hip-hop artist Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I) to Downtown Dharma on for an offering of music and mindfulness. The evening features guided meditation, a soundbath, reflections from his new book Lyrical Dharma, and a live performance of his album Komorebi, followed by Q&A and a special sumi ink book signing.
