Progress on Work to Rebuild, Renovate and Repurpose

School Building Across the Street

Mission of Love Charities continues with its work to renovate the old Lyndon Hill school. We are receiving funding however, funding is needed.  You can donate to us for the new building project. This space will provide more room for special events and workforce training programs.

Increased Demand for Basic Needs

Of Food, SNAP and Financial Assistance for Housing

As the economy slows down MOLC sees an increased need for food with families and especially with our senior population.  SNAP (Food Stamps) applications are currently being submitted via, phone, in person and we are now partnering with National Council on Aging (NCOA) and senior facilities to provide them our food pantry items as well as completing SNAP application for the clients and families. This assistance is being supported with a grant we received from NCOA and our SNAP grant we currently have.

With regard to our housing programs, we are always in need of additional support. In the last few weeks we have received several hundred calls regarding financial housing assistance. With your help, we can increase our reach for those in need of housing assistance. Please donate today.

Thank you for all of your support today. All donations are greatly appreciated and will fund the above programs and building renovation. Your donation reaches those in need directly. MOLC is a trusted, local non-profit in existence for 30 years. Thank you for all of your support.
