Hi friends,

I'm honored to be the guest teacher for your regular class this Sunday.

We will meet on Zoom (information below) from 7 to 8:30 pm to meditate, explore the dharma, and connect with each other. This will be a virtual class. 

 

This week we'll explore what does it mean to take refuge in oneself.

As the Buddha told Ananda:

"Therefore, Ananda, be islands unto yourselves, refuges unto yourselves, seeking no other refuge; with the Dharma as your island, the Dharma as your refuge, seeking no other refuge."

We will explore this teaching together.

I'm looking forward to being with you.
