Dear Friends,
It's been said that the difference between formal and informal meditation practice is like the difference between "lab science" and "field science". On Sunday, March 17 from 6-7:30 pm at the Community Room of the Potter's House, we will discuss and take part in both of these types of science.
The meeting space is wheelchair accessible. Chairs will be available, and please feel free to bring your own sitting gear if you would like.
