A few of us talked about this yesterday and I wanted to follow up with details-- I'll be picnicking with some folks for the Capitol Fourth Concert dress rehearsal tomorrow (Tuesday) evening at - you guessed it - the Capitol. It's much less crowded than the real event, totally free, and a lot of fun. We'll gather around 6:30 pm, and the show starts at 8 pm. If you're able, it would be great to bring some picnic food and/or a blanket (note: the event is alcohol-free), but your presence is more than enough. Feel free to invite others too!
