It's a new week and yet the timeless in all of us is still... well... timeless. One of the many joys of meditation is opening into this mystery.
-- Our sangha is scheduled to meet this Sunday, February 11th from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm, in the Community Room at the Potter's House in Adams Morgan. The address is 1658 Columbia Rd NW, Washington, DC 20009.
Chairs are available and you are also welcome to bring your own seat. If you would like to help set up, please arrive five to ten minutes early. Also, please note that the space is wheelchair accessible.

This week we move into the third foundation of mindfulness: thought. Bringing awareness to thoughts can be both fascinating and liberating. I'm looking forward to exploring these practices together.
