As you may know, I volunteer and sometimes  work for iBme, an organization that does mindfulness retreats for teens in  the area. I have a great opportunity for teens to enjoy themselves out in  nature over the winter break - and also bond / chill with some other  awesome teens in a very supportive environment, while having fun and  practicing mindfulness. Upcoming is the New Year's retreat in Virginia, and  I really want to give our teens the information about it and get any  interested people registered.    Attached is a flyer you could give to any interested teens/parents you know  - and if you have any contacts at a youth serving organization, please  don't hesitate to put us in touch.
