[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Food and the #MindfulFAIL - mindful eating workshop Oct 25th

I'm co-leading a mindful eating workshop on October 25, along with the wonderful Klia Bassing of Visit Yourself & IMCW.  I have been giving workshops primarily in closed settings till recently, so this is one of my first open-to-the-community workshops & I'm still getting the hang of how to spread word. You've been practicing mindfulness for a while now and it's really helped. In a lot of ways... especially with self-compassion.
