[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Morning METTA for Downtown Dharma Sangha (DDS) Members

Morning METTA 

WE encourage THE EMBODIMENT OF MINDFULNESS IN ALL ASPECTS OF DAILY LIFE.

We offer Morning METTA, a daily 10-minute mindfulness practice on Zoom and Youtube Live. Morning METTA introduces healing-centered mindfulness practices to help DDS members establish and continue a regular mindfulness practice.

Morning METTA supports:

  • Emotional Resilience

  • Stress Reduction

  • Personal and Professional Self Care

Morning METTA Members cultivate emotional resilience while reducing stress and increasing self-care.Weekdays at 11:00 AM
  • Mondays- Body Practice

  • Tuesdays- Breath Practice

  • Wednesday- Breath and Body Practice

  • Thursday - Movement Practice

  • Friday- Loving-Kindness Practice
