Where do you go when you are stressed, when you're overwhelmed, when the squeeze is on? The Buddha had some very specific advice about that, encouraging his followers to develop a habit of, when under duress, turning towards or "taking refuge" in that which is profoundly supportive.
Every year in January in order to cultivate this practice together, our Sangha engages in the ceremony of "taking refuge" in our innate wisdom, the teachings, and the community itself. This Sunday, January 12 will be devoted to this ceremony and will be led by two of our Sangha's core teachers: Shawn and Kristin. We hope you will join us.
We hope you can join us Sunday evening from 7 to 8:30pm for the development of our practice, wisdom, and community.
