Hello beloved ones, thank you for the gitt of practicing with your sangha on Sunday! I am writing to specifically invite YOU to join me in a couple of weeks for a daylong retreat, a place to go and gather, be in commuity, and practice on Inauguration Day / Dr. MLK Jr Day. 

Myself and dear teachers Ayesha Ali and Silvia Garcia-Periera will be teaching and leading a daylong mindfulness retreat at River Road Unitarian Church in Bethesda, MD. There will be a mix of silent portions AND interpersonal mindfulness practice. Our hope is everyone leaves knowing one more person they can organize with, talk to, do mutual aid with, etc.
