I want to put a weekend retreat on your radar that's close to my heart.
On October 3-4, Dave Leggatt and Sue Brown will be offering a non-residential meditation retreat in Tenleytown, exploring spiritual friendship through Insight Dialogue. It's a theme I keep circling back to: what it means to be a true friend on the path to freedom. This is a chance to slow down and tend the kinds of friendships that actually sustain a life of practice.
Insight Dialogue is relational meditation—bringing the qualities of silent practice into how we speak and listen. No special experience needed; this is open to all.
