Dear Friends on the Dharma Path,
I’m delighted to share that meditation teachers Devon Hase and Nico Hase will be offering an online event through the Center for Mindful Living on Thursday, April 23rd from 7:30–8:30 PM ET.
They’ll be speaking in support of their new book, This Messy, Gorgeous Love: A Buddhist Guide to Lasting Love—a heartfelt exploration of how mindfulness and compassion can deepen and sustain our relationships.
Early reviews of the book have been wonderful - see below.
In this offering, they will explore key themes from their book, including:
• Meeting relationship challenges with presence rather than perfectionism
• Developing meditative skills to hold emotions with awareness
• Communicating through the natural ups and downs of connection
• Getting real without losing connection
• Finding one another again and again
I hope you’ll join us for what promises to be a meaningful and heart-opening evening.
🗓 Date: April 23
🕢 Time: 7:30–8:30 PM ET
📍 Location: Online
Registration is required. The event will be recorded, so if you’re unable to attend live, you’re encouraged to register to receive the recording.
Warmly,
Michele
