Greetings Dear Sangha,
Let us not be shy about our situation. While not unprecedented, vengeance and greed are driving events in the public sphere to an alarming degree. With a growing list of targeted people, places, and principles, it can be confusing to sort out what to do, how to act in a way that is truly helpful. We need practices that can sustain us through this moment of disorientation, the fear, grief, and anger we might be experiencing, and support us in discovering our own trustworthy responses.
This Sunday, we'll explore the potential for sincerity to spark, energize, and guide our efforts. We'll gather as a Sangha, practice together, and explore sincerity itself as a simple-yet-powerful, immediate, ever-present teacher for this time. I hope you will join us.
In-person: Sunday, 7 to 8:30pm @ Yoga District — 1910 14th Street NW, 3rd Floor, Washington, DC (please arrive 5-10 minutes early).
