[Downtown Dharma Sangha Listserv] Young adult mindfulness retreat in June

Hello Downtown Dharma list friends, 

Em Morrison here, sometimes teacher of this sangha and friend of the sangha always! I will be teaching a really special young adult relational mindfulness retreat with Travis Spencer (another Downtown Dharma teacher!) this June at the beautiful SevenOaks retreat center, and we would LOVE to have you. The age range is 18-32 years old.

We'll practice mindfulness in periods of silence, eating, walking, and community (talking!), have intentional time to practice in small groups and bond with like-minded folks, have time to be in nature, even a dance party! This all takes place in a gorgeous setting with comfortable beds, incredible food, and views of the mountains.
