Dear Sangha,
This Sunday at 7pm, we are delighted to welcome guest teacher Sue Brown, who is visiting us from Raleigh, NC for a special evening of interpersonal meditation.
Sue has been teaching Insight Dialogue since 2011. She brings a deep well of experience in helping meditators cultivate mindful speech, deep listening, and liberating insight.
Sue will guide us in exploring finding refuge in spiritual friendship as we come together in relational practice. Whether you are new(ish) to Insight Dialogue or have practiced before, all are welcome.
