I wanted to let you know that I have occasionally been teaching at the Takoma Park sangha on Monday nights, including this coming one, from 7-8:30pm at Seeker Church. You can join in person or online.
In case that location is convenient for some of you, I pass along the event description here. Sending you all good things. <3

Evening description:
The evening's offering is intended to support our minds, bodies, and spirits in metabolizing the impact of this past week's election.
I will offer a meditation that will focus on noticing change on the micro-level, as a path towards becoming aware of the constant dance of change that is taking place in every moment.
I will offer a talk that asks:
- what supports us in facing difficult truths?
- how can we be with conditions that challenge our fundamental assumptions about how things are?
We will also connect with some inspiring examples of humans who have embodied wisdom and compassion in the midst of profound adversity -- from American nonviolence leaders to Tibetan meditation masters facing imprisonment.
