Hi Friends,
Inspired by the communal silence of Downtown Dharma's September retreat, a handful of Sangha members cocreated this concept of a Quarterly Sabbath, a regular half-day of self-guided meditation. This first event is a step towards what will (hopefully) become a routine invitation into extended stillness.
What: A morning of self-guided meditation in noble silence with space to practice as you feel called supported by community.
When: Sunday 11/24 8:30am - 1:30pm
Where: 1613 Harvard St NW, Apt. 202
Schedule:
- Welcome + Logistics (8:30-8:45)
- Mediation Practices (8:45-12:30)
- Potluck + Integration (12:30-1:30)
RSVP by adding your name and email here by November 16. Space is limited due to location. We plan to secure a larger space for future gatherings!

Much Love,
Audrey
