[Downtown Dharma Sangha Listserv] This Sunday: Finding a Pause in the Midst of Turbulence

Hi friends,

This Sunday at 7pm, we'll gather at Downtown Dharma to connect with embodied presence, community, and spiritual friendship.

When suffering arises—as it has for many of us this week—it's hard to touch the freedom we seek without the awareness and perspective that comes from pausing. Through Insight Dialogue, we'll explore the power of the Pause together—creating a welcoming space for the truth of our experience just as it is.

Ben Lasso and I are happy to co-facilitate. The evening will include mindful movement, guided meditation, and an exploration of Pause (the 1st guideline of Insight Dialogue) through relational meditation in groups of three.

We hope to see you there—in-person or online.
