This Sunday's topic is a continuation of our exploration of our individual dharma. In the vein of the FLOW concept, we look deeply at "Owning your Experience."
F.L.O.W.
Following your intuition.
Letting go of expectations and outcomes.
Owning your experience.
Welcoming growth edges.
During our time together we will participate in a heart-centered practice of listening and sharing with one another. We will continue our deep dive and explore the following question:
What does it mean to "own your experience"?
How does the eightfold path relate to your life and "owning your experience"?
How does it translate into personal and collective awakening?
Right understanding
Right thought
Right speech
Right action
Right livelihood
Right effort
Right mindfulness
Right concentration
During my dharma share, I will explore the following questions:
In life, What does owning your experience look and feel like mentally, physically, emotionally, & spiritually?
How does "owning your experience" support your healing and wellness?
Afterward, we welcome you to participate in Ruth King's Metta prayer for racial healing.
