Hello Sangha!
I'm excited to share that Linda Naini will be joining us at Downtown Dharma this Sunday to facilitate our time together. Linda was part of the Downtown Dharma Sangha teaching team from 2018 to 2021, and she looks forward to being with us again! The DD Sangha has a special place in her heart as it’s where she met my life partner.
Our focus Sunday will be cultivating joy in difficult times. We’ll have some mindful movement with music, a guided meditation, a brief dharma talk, and time for sharing in small groups.
