This Sunday at 7:00 pm, my dharma buddy, Patrick Bidigare, and I will be facilitating a session of Insight Dialogue practice that will explore the arising of and barriers to intimacy in our relationships. Our inspiration is the Zen koan: "Not knowing is the most intimate."
Whether you're new to Insight Dialogue or have practiced before, we'd love to welcome you for an evening of shared practice, genuine connection, and exploration.
