You're warmly invited to join us this Sunday at Downtown Dharma as Patrick Bidigare and I co-facilitate Insight Dialogue.
Together, we'll explore what happens when awareness opens beyond what we usually call "my experience"—when the room, the sounds, and the presence of another are felt as part of a shared, living field.
We'll begin with guided meditation and a brief reflection, then move into paired practice. Exploring what shifts when awareness includes the changing space between us.
No prior experience is needed—just curiosity and a willingness to explore!
