This Sunday, we'll welcome a special guest teacher, Kaira Jewel Lingo. Her teachings are rooted in the Plum Village tradition of Zen master Thích Nhất Hạnh, and she is also an established Insight teacher through Spirit Rock. She has written several books on the Dharma and social issues, including her most recent co-authored work, Healing Our Way Home. Kaira Jewel's teachings gently integrate mindfulness, racial and social justice, and deep healing—offering a space of presence, deep insight, and compassion for all who gather.
