Greater Baden Medical Services (GBMS) and Mission of Love Charities (MOLC) are partnering to serve more fully their constituent bases. In February 2024, MOLC and GBMS began referring clients to each other.
Greater Baden Medical Services provides primary care, dental services, behavioral health, infectious diseases, WIC, and other services.
Mission of Love Charities provides social services including food pantry, diaper bank, day center, meals for the homeless, case management, mental health support and workforce development.
“This partnership will allow each organization to provide a broader array of services than either can on its own to the residents of the Central Avenue corridor inside the beltway in central Prince George’s County” says Christopher DeMarco, PhD, CEO, Greater Baden Medical Services. The future includes adding a primary care provider on site at Misson of Love Charities at 6180 Old Central Avenue, Capital Heights, MD 20743.
Greater Baden Medical Services intends to start with adult primary and women’s health care at the site. Adenia Bradley, CEO of Mission of Love Charities stated, “We are so pleased that GBMS will serve patients on site at our current location as well as our future site at 6181 Old Central Avenue, Capital Heights, Maryland 20743”.
