Hey Folks,
In April we will be mixing it up once again, this time with a RAIN partners training. RAIN is a heart practice for working with emotions. Groups of two will hold space for each other as we run through the steps of RAIN (recognize, allow, investigate, nurture).
Given the intimacy of the practice, we will cap the event at 10 people, and will be meeting at Marilyn Cooper's apartment in Cathedral Heights (https://goo.gl/maps/QZxeFLtQcJVig4Q28) -- will send the address to those who RSVP.
