Hi friends,

We'll meet this Sunday evening at Yoga District studio at 1910 14th St NW from 7-8:30pm to meditate, connect, and explore the dharma together. This will be a hybrid class and the link for virtual participants is below.

I will be facilitating this week's peer-led meeting, and the topic will be a group discussion on the internal experience of arrogance, the relationship between arrogance and power, and the effect of arrogance on spiritual qualities such as wisdom and compassion.

Attending In Person
If you are attending in person, you will need to do the following:

a) Register through the Yoga District sign-up link (scroll to the bottom for Sunday 7pm).

b) Submit proof of vaccination to yogadc@yogadistrict.com or present it in person at the studio.

c) Wear a mask.

 

Class is held on the 3rd floor, up two flights of stairs. There are rugs, bolsters, and folding chairs for seating.
