This Sunday's topic and practice is a continuation of our Mindful Living series. This Sunday will be an opportunity to participate in a heart-centered practice of listening and sharing with one another. We will discuss how we stay grounded in joy in the mist of presenting uncertainties (eg. climate change, mass shootings, racism, war, etc) During our time together we will discuss the following questions:
What is my joy regimen?
How do I maintain my joy regimen during these times of increasing uncertainty?
- How do I see sangha supporting me?
"When we are mindful, deeply in touch with the present moment, our understanding of what is going on deepens, and we begin to be filled with acceptance, joy, peace and love."
― Thich Nhat Hanh
