sbetts@molc-inc.org | | | ARISE Two-Day Life Skills Training In this two-day training, participants will be certified as ARISE Group Facilitators. This training is designed for those individuals working directly with at-risk youth. Attendees discover the benefits of the unique ARISE formula and enjoy the easy-to-teach interactive life-skills curricula which is guaranteed to promote new levels of positive interaction with troubled, angry and disruptive youth. All ARISE curricula incorporate role plays, word games, concept maps, popular TV game show activities, group discussions, and reading and writing activities. Boredom is never an option in ARISE groups. Attendees are trained on how to effectively use the structured, interactive, evidence based ARISE materials in group settings where misbehaving and angry outbursts are replaced by sustained interest and positive participation.
