Dear Friends,
Spring is springing in Rock Creek and I want to invite you to join me this weekend for a community walking meditation in the space of this emerging beauty!
This Saturday, 10am-1pm, I'm offering the Musicality of Being workshop. We walk the park trails, both individually and with partners, engaging in a call and response of attention with music of the surrounding world. We do somatic attunements and meditate next to the creek.
By the end, the experience of the interconnectivity of all things becomes vibrantly alive while stress levels are lowered and we see our lives with greater clarity.
