This Sunday at Downtown Dharma join us to welcome back meditation teacher, hip-hop artist and author Ofosu Jones-Quartey (Born I) for an immersive evening of meditation, sound bath and envisioning our role in the world, closing with a musical performance of contemplative hip-hop. All are welcome.
