[Downtown Dharma Sangha Listserv] PSA: NYE yoga/meditation

I just signed up for this through Yoga District, if others are interested. It is $35.

New Year's Eve All Levels Flow & Sound Bath w/ Cider & Chocolates

 

Time to light it up, burn it off, and let it go with Jennifer! There will be a funky playlist and playful yoga. We'll practice flowing, all-levels yoga from 10pm-11:15pm, followed by a renewal meditation and sound bath from 11:15-11:45pm. Then we'll gather to ring in the new year with a sparkling apple cider toast and chocolate at midnight! Jennifer's teaching style is based in ashtanga, offering all levels options for students
