Dave Leggatt, senior teacher of Insight Dialogue, will freely offer a practice session from 7 pm to 8:30 pm this Friday, October 25, at the Washington Buddhist Vihara, 5017 16th Street NW. No need to sign up ahead of time. Parking on side streets and nearby capital bikeshare. Please feel warmly welcome!

Also, for those wishing to deepen their practice, Dave will offer a 2-day nonresidential retreat at Iona Senior Center this coming Saturday and Sunday. Spaces available. Information here.
