This Sunday's topic and practice will be an opportunity to participate in a heart-centered practice of listening and sharing with one another. I will continue our Mindful Living Series: Cultivating a Compassionate Heart. This is the 2nd of a four-part Mindful Living series that will be an exploration of Loving-Kindness, Compassion, Joy, and Wisdom as foundational pillars of mindful living.
"Compassionate action starts with seeing yourself when you start to make yourself right and when you start to make yourself wrong. At that point, you could just contemplate the fact that there is a larger alternative to either of those, a more tender, shaky kind of place where you could live."
