| Today is Giving Tuesday, the perfect day to give to your favorite charity. Mission of Love Charities (MOLC) helps the homeless and low income individuals and families with a daily food pantry, rental and utility assistance, help with SNAP benefits and work readiness programs.
In 2022, the community was served with housing, utility and food pantry referrals. For Thanksgiving, 400 turkeys and food baskets were given away. The work readinesss educational programs included OSHA training, CNA/GNA training and a Meeting and Events Planning class. All students found the program helpful in moving their careers forward. Some students were successful at obtaining better jobs and all who sought employment were hired.
