[Downtown Dharma Listserve] This Sunday @ Flow

Hi friends,

We will meet this Sunday at Flow from 6:00 - 7:30 PM to meditate, connect, and explore the dharma.

This Sunday, I'll introduce the teaching of the noble eightfold path and give us time to reflect as a group on some elements of this teaching and how it might serve us now.
