Hi friends!
I love the phrase "Openness opens." And perhaps it resonates for you, too. Maybe you have felt the power of approaching other people and ourselves not with a fixed view of how things should be, but with an openness to possibilities and welcoming of how things are?
Don't get me wrong, it's natural to want to control and predict. It's what our brains were made for! But when we are relating to others, being open helps us tap into our deeper wisdom. We can better understand what is arising in our inner experience and what is present in the connection with another. Even more juicy, our openness can support the openness of those around us.
This Sunday at 7pm, we'll keep up our monthly Insight Dialogue practice. With the foundation of Pause and Relax - and before tackling Attune to Emergence, Listen Deeply, and Speak the Truth - we'll explore the guideline of OPEN. I'll be offering guided meditation and some fun relational practices along the way. I hope to see you there—online or in person!
