[Downtown Dharma Sangha Listserv] Daylong Meditation Retreat Opportunity in DC - March 23

Dear friends,

I'm so excited to see the many retreats being offered in our area, and Jason Waterman and I have one more to add to the mix. We both teach meditation at various places around the DC area and online, and I had the great privilege to teach with this sangha a couple years ago, thanks to Vince Lampone. :-) 

Since this is a DC-based retreat, I thought it would be fitting to offer it to this group as well. IT's coming up this Saturday and we have about 10 spots left! More details below and on the Eventbrite page. Let me know if you have any questions about it!

Be Free, Not "Me" - Daylong Retreat on March 23

'Tis the season for spring retreats! What a wonderful time to refresh our practice in community with others. Jason Waterman and I will be holding a daylong retreat on Saturday, March 23 at the beautiful Friends Meeting House in Washington, DC.

The theme of the day is Be Free, Not "Me." We will be exploring the Buddhist teaching of not-self (anattā) and its practical applications in helping us be more present, more open, and more free. Check out the event page where you can register and learn more details about the day.
