[Downtown Dharma Listserve] Meditation Tonight at 6 PM ET

Dear Friends,

 

We will come together on Zoom from 6 to 7:30 PM on this Winter Solstice Eve, the longest and darkest night of the year. Also known as Shabe Yalda (rebirth of the sun) in Persian tradition. We will celebrate, meditate, and explore the dharma in community.

 

If you feel called to, join our zoom gathering with food, drink, and wear red to symbolize each day getting lighter/the return of the sun.

 

Please have paper and pen/pencil available for a short journaling practice.
