class series already, but I just wanted to pass along a wonderful opportunity to learn Inner Relationship Focusing with Marie Sheppard at Circle Yoga in Chevy Chase, MD. It will be a six week level one class on Thursdays from 7:00-9:00pm, Oct 17 - Dec 5.
