[Downtown Dharma Listserve] MINDFULNESS IN SPANISH: a 4 day Introductory course that will strat on March 17th

I'll be teaching an Introductory MINDFULNESS CLASS IN SPANISH at the end of March at the Center for Mindful Living. This is part of the Practicum requirement to become a Mindfulness Teacher through the Mindfulness Certification Program led by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. The class will be at Dana bases.
