Lamont Dharma House, 1719 Lamont St. NW Washington, DC 20010This workshop, taught by writer and meditation teacher Jeremy Mohler, is oriented towards political organizers, activists, and anyone who wants to change society. There will be secular meditation instruction, group discussion, and light movement taught by yoga teacher Karen Vargas. $15 fee goes to supporting the teachers and space. Need-based scholarships are available for those who cannot afford the fee.
