Hello sangha friends. I hope this message finds you and yours well.
We are scheduled to meet on Sunday, May 6, from 6:00-7:30 PM, in the Community Room at Potter's House in Adams Morgan, 1658 Columbia Rd NW, D.C. 20009. Chairs are available. You are welcome to bring your own cushion/seat. The space is wheelchair accessible.
This week, Ofosu Jones-Quartey, will discuss equanimity, continuing the conversation on the four immeasurables. The title of the talk is "Holding on to your Surfboard: Practicing Equanimity in Every Day Life."
Ofosu, one of the many wonderful IMCW-affiliated teachers, has kindly stepped in for Klia who is unable to join us for her last teaching for the Sunday Sangha. I am so grateful for all that she has brought to and shared with this community. Many well wishes and much gratitude to you Klia.
If you want to help me set up I will be there by 5:45. See you tomorrow!
